and they named it The Tambo Rays. Combining the soaring musical soundscapes of U2 with the barn-burning rock n roll of early Kings of Leon (before Glee even thought of asking to cover their music), The Tambo Rays really have something special brewing here in San Francisco. Even more intriguing is the fact that they have a truly stunning music video on minimalistic website with little to no information about the band. This is either a sign of musical genius with limited resources or a huge ego. Either way, the song is tremendous and I expect a live show that will blow the roof off of any club here in SF. With that being said, check out this track. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some labels poking around at this right away.
