Today I want to take a break from the presentation of the hypothetical 6-sided record that would-be the Beyond Beyond is Beyond compilation on Bang Bang Boogaloo Records. So far we listened to all of Disc 1, Side A and Side B…and we will continue with Disc 2 tomorrow.
But for now, I wanted to make sure all you New Yorkers know about tonight’s comp release show at Shea Stadium in Brooklyn. Three amazing bands from the comp will be playing, Hopewell, Woodsman and the Zabalas. And a Minerva Lions DJ set and Unicorn Pudding DJ set. And epic visual projections from BAMiAM.tv. Expect greatness. 9:00 pm. $8.
