As if there are not enough things to do this Saturday on Record Store Day 2011! But if you must start crossing things off your ambitious list and choosing a “Top 5 Must Do’s” make sure the Beyond Beyond is Beyond Record Club is on it.
BBIB is spearheaded by East Village Radio DJ, Mike Newman and here’s how it works: After you’re done grabbing all of the Exclusive Record Store Day vinyl that your wallet and heart can handle, head over to the CSV Center on the Lower East Side for a vinyl listening party of two killer rock records. One record is chosen by the house and the other one is chosen by YOU so send in your vinyl selection to: beyondbeyondisbeyond@gmail.com
The club has only one very important rule: no talking whilst the two sides of the records play. Before and after of course are fair game though…and quite encouraged!

Time: Saturday, April 16th, 7:30 pm (the first needle drops at 8:00)
Place: Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center, 107 Suffolk Street, Lower East Side
Cost: $5 suggested donation/pay what you can
Stuff: Beer and wine will be served, $3/drink suggested donation
