It my be the middle of the summer, but the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival presented by Shell, which is scheduled for April 27 – May 6, 2012, issued a call for applications to local musicians yesterday.
The deadline for bands wishing to perform at the annual event is October 1, 2011.
All qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their application online by visiting www.nojazzfest.com/apply.
