The parking lot of Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge will be packed with country music fans this coming Memorial Day weekend. The third annual musical hoedown takes place inside the stadium on Friday and Saturday, May 26-27, 2012.
Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood (pictured) are the main headliners. Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Sara Evans, Little Big Town, Joe Nichols, and Jerrod Niemann are also on the bill.
“The stars have truly aligned for the third Bayou Country Superfest, confirming the event as one of the ‘must-see’ festivals in America,” said Quint Davis, producer/director of the Festival. “The powerhouse combination of so many Country superstars, a massive Southern ‘let the good times roll’ audience, and the electrified nighttime atmosphere of LSU’s Tiger Stadium, make Baton Rouge the only place to be on Memorial Day Weekend.”
Reserved-seat tickets in two-day packages and reserved parking for Bayou Country Superfest go on sale Thursday, October 20 at 10:00 a.m. CST through Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets or by calling (800) 745-3000. Single-day tickets to the Bayou Country Superfest will go on sale in the coming weeks.
