Not only is this weekend sure to stuff your face with all sorts of foods you probably wouldn’t let yourself get away with on a usual basis, but it also comes stock with an unusual amount of awesome shows here in the Bluff City.
Thursday (11/24) will kick things off with a rocking show from Arma Secreta at the Hi-Tone. They’ll be releasing their new LP Dependent Lividity, so anyone who loves new music (and music on vinyl!) will want to go and pick up a copy. Backed by Mouserocket, this night is sure to set off the holiday weekend right.
Friday (11/25) will bring things back down to earth with Christian Seay playing a darling little set at Otherlands. Seay’s subtle brilliance shines through with songwriting that is sure to bounce off the green walls of Otherlands with tact and heartfelt sentiments.
Saturday (11/26) will keep things interesting with ’90s pop act Ingram Hill showing they’ve still got it at the Hi-Tone. Thanksgiving weekend is sure to be reason enough to dance of a few pounds, so kill two birds with one stone by going to see these guys, and get your groove on!
