Rocktography: Glorie at Rock for Love 08/19/11

We were thrilled to see Glorie play at the Hi-Tone on August 19th at the Rock For Love 5 benefit. The instrumental band is made up of a conglomerate of musical talent, many that have been in the local and national music scene for over a decade.

The band is made up of Memphis music veterans Jason Paxton, who switches between playing the keyboard, vibraphone and guitar, Jonathan Kirkscey (cello, keyboard, vibraphone and guitar), Andrew Saunders (drums), Jeff Hulett (bass), and Robert Brimhall (guitar and keyboard). The music that they played wowed a lot of first time listeners as their instrumental music created a powerful yet soothing flow over the jam packed crowd.
