Greetings from Laurel Canyon!
Although summer is far from over in southern California, some us are running for deep cover. There’s an expression, “it’s a jungle out there,” and indeed some us are running deep into it.
This week’s Idelic Hour is not necessarily the soundtrack to the finale of Naked and Afraid, but with a touch of sarcasm and a grin I’ve put together a playlist of jungle songs.
Why not? Jungles conjure up cool images. Warm, dark, and sexy with rhythm and danger.
Hey, it’s Labor Day weekend. Why not run to the jungle in 2015? (Don’t call me until Wednesday, but I love ya.)
