We’ve been waiting so impatiently, and finally it’s here! The debut Candy Golde self-titled EP is released today on 10″ vinyl (with download card) via Ten O Nine Records.
Candy Golde is a supergroup—Will I tire of saying this all week? No!—consisting of Nick Tremulis (Nick Tremulis Orchestra), Rick Rizzo (Eleventh Dream Day), John Stirratt (Wilco, The Autumn Defense), Mark Greenberg (Eleventh Dream Day, The Coctails), and the renowned Bun E Carlos (Cheap Trick).
TVD fell in love with them in Austin, and we’ve been hanging out with them this week, enjoying some stories from frontman Nick Tremulis and Bun E Carlos so far.
Their 5-song EP features four original songs and a cover of Paul Simon’s “Boy In The Bubble.”
