Looking for some live music in Chicago this weekend? We’ve got you covered. Check out this weekend’s featured show along with a more extensive weekend list below!
PET LIONS @ the Subterranean, 3/3
It’s been almost a year since Chicago pop-rock quartet, Pet Lions released their debut full-length record, Houses. A follow-up to the successful 2009 EP, Soft Right, Houses is sharp indie-rock at it’s finest. Pet Lions have the musical maturity of seasoned pros, with a live show good enough to back it up. Check out a video for the Houses track, “To The Coast”, recorded live at Lincoln Hall, below.
You can stream Pet Lions’ debut album, Houses, on Bandcamp, or pick up a copy of their limited edition 7”, “Shadows”, for just $7.
