NORTHPILOT (7″ Release) @ Subterranean, 10/7
Michigan transplants, Northpilot, came together in Chicago’s Wicker Park as a four piece in 2006. A few years and two more members later in 2010, Northpilot released their debut EP, The Bright Brigade. With accomplishments like a spot in the top 8 of Lollapalooza’s Last Band Standing, and a finalists spot in the 2010 Slurpee Battle of the Bands, Northpilot’s blend of electronic pop rock is something to keep your eyes and ears on.
Tonight, at the Subterranean, Northpilot will be releasing their new digital single “1000 Lives” for free. They will also be taking pre-orders for the 7” vinyl with b-side “Maps and Dragons”.
