Danger Mouse & Daniele LuppiRome – Capitol

The long awaited collaboration between Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi is officially released today. Rome is an homage to the great spaghetti western scores and other Italian soundtracks of the 60s & 70s, and features vocals from Jack White and Norah Jones.

Kid Congo Powers & The Pink Monkey BirdsGorilla Rose – In The Red

“Thirteen all-original, glam-tastic compositions” from Kid Congo Powers (ex Cramps, Gun Club) and his group, The Pink Monkey Birds.

Nick Cave & The Bad SeedsMurder Ballads (Reissue) – Mute

Four classic albums from Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds have been remastered and reissued by Mute Records. Expanded versions of The Boatman’s Call, No More Shall We Part, Let Love In, and Murder Ballads are all available today.
Each album contains: the remastered album, the new surround mix, a specially commissioned short film made by UK artists Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard, plus b-sides from the singles, videos and exclusive sleeve notes.
