What could be better than live music and ice cold beer? How about throwing in delicious roasted meat (and veggies)? Yeah, that should do it.
In what will no doubt become one of summer’s last great outdoor events, we present to you, Chicago’s 1st annual Rock & Roll Pig Roast. The event will feature an all-you-can-eat buffet and a full day and evening of incredible live music.

The live music at the Pig Roast will be provided by the local Chicago groups – Secret Colours, Bully in the Hallway, The Record Low, Chicago Stone Lightning Band, Elephant Gun, and headliners Mannequin Men.

The event will feature whiskey from Templeton Rye, drink specials on beer and other refreshments, veggies, and of course, roasted pig.
Wristbands will get you all of the goodies mentioned above, and will run you $15 at the door. If you are into planning ahead, you can save $5, by pre-ordering from Eventbrite.
The Pig Roast is located at Ethyl’s Beer and Wine Dive – 324 S. Racine Chicago, IL 60607. This event is all ages, must be 21+ to drink alcohol. Dogs are welcome! Doors are at 1pm, music starts at 3.
