The place will be other things, too: a vintage clothing and furniture outlet, a bar and a restaurant. But before those parts of the plan are complete, Wandler and Cox, both 44, have opened the shiny record-store portion at the front of the house — may as well have revenue flowing in while waiting for the liquor license, they say. They’re shooting for a fully operational store by November.”
