They may have recently been christened “the hottest label in blues” by Classic Rock’s Blues Magazine in the UK, but over the last two decades the Burbank, CA-based indie label Alive Naturalsound Records have also proven to be a helluva lot more…On April 18th, as part of Record Store Day, Alive Naturalsound will be celebrating their 20th anniversary as a label with an exclusive vinyl-only double album entitled Rock & Roll Is A Beautiful Thing.

A number of classic rock artists highlight the list of exclusives on tap for Record Store Day 2015, which takes place on April 18.
Musician Jack White will release “My Happiness” and “That’s Where Your Heartaches Begin,” recorded by an 18-year-old Elvis Presley in Memphis in 1953. Third Man Records, White’s label, will release the recording on April 18, Record Store Day, as a 10-inch, 78-r.p.m. facsimile. Billboard reports that White was the anonymous bidder who bought the recording at a Graceland auction in January.
