Visually strong and sonically striking has always been a trademark of London based electro duo Death Rattle. The band are about to release their second EP “Fortress” in April, so what better time to introduce you to them properly as this week’s Artist of the Week.
Their debut EP “HE&l” was dystopian and dark, their recently released free track “The Blows” was slightly poppier in feel, but the tracks on “Fortress” are more ambient and bleak; this girl / boy duo have shown in a very short time, what brilliant and adept songwriters they are.
Helen and Chris Hamilton are not your average electro act—they skilfully combine strong visuals and captivating music which will have you addicted and hitting the repeat button several times. We’re hooked and we’re sure you will be soon as well.
