Adopting the name Options, Chicago transplant Seth Engel makes music that blends influences from acoustic singer-songwriters, indie rock, and pop punk.
Options’ newest 6-track EP, Little Victories, was released digitally last September, and with the help of Chicago DIY record label, Redbeard Records , Options is currently raising money to release Little Victories on vinyl.
That’s where we come in.
With a planned April release date, Options turned to Kickstarter in hopes of raising the $1500 needed to press 250 copies of the record through United Record Pressing.
With only 7 days to go, Options is just over the halfway point of reaching their goal. Just $10 secures you a hand numbered copy of Little Victories on red vinyl. Did I mention that all of the records will be packaged in hand-screened jackets printed by artist Mary Sea? You can’t beat that.
The entire EP is currently streaming through Option’s Bandcamp, so you can hear exactly what you are getting, along with an instant digital download for any pledge made.
Written and performed exclusively by Engel on the record, the Options live band consists of Chicago musicians Bryan Kingsley, Mike Nardone, and Evan Loritsch.
